QUESTION 1: What type of adhesive is used for eyelash extension?
ANSWER 1: More than any other reason, this is the most important reason I selected
NovaLash as my eyelash extension product. Nova Lash had a team of physicians and
bio-chemist formulate a Platinum Bond, which is the first Formaldehyde -Free* lash
extension adhesive (AEWCA guidelines define "formaldehyde-free as less than.0001%
by volume). Moreover, Nova Lashes patented adhesive formula was created in
response to the untested, industrial-grade products designed for auto manufacturing
that were entering the market through Korea and China. Our adhesive is formulated from
many of the same products that are included in the new medical Suture less Wound
Closure technology.

ANSWER 1: NovaLash™ Eyelash Extensions are a totally new way to extend the length
and thickness of your eyelashes. They are applied on a hair-by-hair (eyelash by eyelash
basis to your own lashes for a totally natural look.
QUESTION 2: How long does the initial full set application take?
ANSWER 2: Applying individual lashes is a very delicate process requiring focus, a
steady hand, and absolute precision. The regular initial full set takes between 1.5-2 hrs
with the Hollywood set taking roughly 2-2.5hrs.
QUESTION 3: How long do eye lash extensions last?
ANSWER 3: In general, you can expect your set to last 6-8 weeks; however, several
factors can influence this:

ANSWER 4: A full set is roughly 25-30lashes per eye. In addition, for a more dramatic
look (which some callExtreme/Hollywood)I can apply even more lashes. Working with

ANSWER 1: For the first 24 hours, your lashes cannot touch water, be in an a sauna, or
an environment with a high degree of moisture. In the first 24 hours, the adhesive
bonding agent will be continuing to bond, so water contact is to be avoided.
QUESTION 2: What type of facial cleansers are ok to use with my lashes?
ANSWER 2: You should avoid oil based cleansers. I offer a Vitamin C facial cleanser
that will not adversely affect your lashes. Through my retail offerings, I offer a nice size
bottle that should cover you for a while. The cost is roughly $25.00.
QUESTION 3: Can I add mascara to NovaLash™ Lash Extensions?
ANSWER 3: Water soluble mascara can be worn; however constant use of mascara
may shorten the life-span of your lashes. WATERPROOF MASCARA IS NOT
RECOMMENDED FOR USE AS IT WILL DISSOLVE THE BOND WITH THE LASHES.
Also, I would say that in general your lashes will look so good and give the look that your
wearing mascara when in actuality your not.
