Things To Remember
1. In order to enjoy an relaxing experience and as a courtesy to other clients, the use of cell phones are prohibited in the waiting area and treatment rooms. If you would like to use your phone we will be glad to escort you to a private area.
2. Unfortunately, infants and kids are not allowed within the spa waiting area or treatment rooms. Children are wonderful and a true blessing; however, we have strive to provide all our clients with a tranquil, peaceful, and relaxing experience. Please make other arrangements for your children as a courtesy to others who are enjoying their spa services.
3. Skin occasions is a non smoking business.

Appointment Confirmation Policy
1. It is the practice of Skin Occasions to provide 'day before' reminders for all appointments and only ask for a call back, if you cannot keep your appointment time. Our standard practice is voice calling; however, we do other text reminders as well, if that is the preference of the client.
2. If you cannot keep your appointment, we ask that you notify us 24-hours prior to the appointment, so we can adjust schedules accordingly.
3. Clients should expect to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to their appointment start time.
4. If you expect to be more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, we ask that you call and advise us accordingly. This way we can determine if the remaining time scheduled is enough to allow the service to be completed to both the satisfaction of the client and that of the servicing Esthetician, if not, we will offer you a rescheduled time.
